NuBarter, a member of the Pooler Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau as well as the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, has been named Small Business of the Year.  The Small Business Chamber of Savannah presented the award to NuBarter.

Accepting the award for NuBarter was Jacquie Stein.  NuBarter is a community of global businesses that barter their goods and services.
