The Park is part of the historic Savannah-Ogeechee Barge Canal Trail and features a lake that’s great for fishing, biking and jogging trails, tennis courts, and playground. In January the Park is home to the nationally known Savannah Open Disc Golf Tournament.

A day trip to other areas such as Historic Savannah, Tybee’s beaches and South Carolina are all within close driving distance. Some Savannah trolley companies can even pick you up from your Pooler hotel and take you to Savannah, Tybee and a few other surrounding areas.
