Explore and learn about the past at Pooler’s Tom Triplett Park. At one time the park was the campsite for General William Tecumseh Sherman's Union Troops. The Park is part of the historic Savannah-Ogeechee Barge Canal Trail and features a lake that’s great for fishing, biking and jogging trails, tennis courts, and playground.  In January the Park is home to the nationally known Savannah Open Disc Golf Tournament.  

Experience the excitement of a bombing mission and learn what it was like to Escape and Evade the enemy at Pooler’s Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum. The Museum is also a great event venue for meetings, reunions and weddings. 

Enjoy an afternoon with the family at the Fun Zone Amusement & Sports Park, 4 Go-Kart Tracks, 2-18 Hole Mini-Golf Courses, Kiddie Land, and a Large Arcade.

Stop by Frames-N-Games for bowlng, lastertag, video arcade or a round in the balladium.  If you get hungry visit the Pooler Grill serving burgers & sandwiches, pasta dishes, salads and so much more!

Nearby Galactic, a comic book and game store also offers a place for kids of all ages to enjoy card games such as Magic, Pokemon or Yugio. 

A day trip to other areas such as Historic Savannah, Tybee’s beaches and South Carolina are all within close driving distance. Some Savannah trolley companies can even pick you up from your Pooler hotel and take you to Savannah, Tybee and a few other surrounding areas.
